Inspired by family members since he was young, Dr Hari Krishnan joined the medical profession in the 1970’s, eventually becoming an ophthalmologist – a field he considered interesting yet demanding. Doing all that he could to help his patients, he chose to subspecialize in the Vitreo-retinal, a field in which there was a need for more experts at the time.
